The Charity Committee consists of a chairman and two assistants.The chairman is appointed by the Grand Knight;the assistants by the chairman. The committee meets on the call of the chairman.The committees responsibilities are:

1. Review all requests for charity donations.>

2. Recommend approval/disapproval.>
>
3. Those approved by the committee are forwarded as follows:>
a. Those requests $200 or under are sent to the Grand Knight for approval.
b. Those over $200 will be sent to the Council for approval.

4. Prepare the annual charity budget.
